Confidentiality & Data Handling

How we handle client files and information.

K5 Global Task Support works with operational files such as documents, spreadsheets, invoices, reports, and task records. We treat all client materials as confidential and use them only for the agreed scope of work.

Access is limited to assigned contributors involved in the task. Client files are not sold, reused, shared, or disclosed for unrelated purposes. We can also work under an NDA when required.

For sensitive personal data, clients are encouraged to remove or mask information that is not required for the task. K5 Global Task Support does not position itself for highly sensitive regulated data such as medical records, biometric data, criminal records, passwords, or full personal financial profiles.

Files are stored in controlled-access folders and may be deleted or returned based on the agreed retention period after task completion.
